Create space for people to breathe, connect, imagine, and thrive.

Well-being is more than a benefit. It's part of how people experience the work.

Dangerously Blissful partners with companies, nonprofits, arts organizations, educational institutions, and community organizations to create meaningful wellness experiences that bring creativity, connection, embodiment, reflection, and joy into the workplace and beyond.

Through creative expression, mindful movement, meditation, facilitated conversation, and experiential learning, I help organizations create spaces where people can pause, reconnect, and engage with themselves and one another in new ways.

Because when people have space to be human, they have more space to contribute, create, and connect.

WELLNESS, REIMAGINED.

Traditional workplace wellness can sometimes feel like another item on the calendar.

A presentation.
A class.
A checkbox.

I believe wellness can be something different.

It can be felt.

It can invite curiosity instead of obligation.

It can create connection instead of simply delivering information.

It can give people permission to slow down, make something, move their bodies, reflect, laugh, breathe, and experience themselves outside of their usual roles.

That's where Dangerously Blissful comes in.

I design and facilitate creative wellness experiences that engage the whole person—not just the employee, participant, student, or professional role they occupy.

HOW I CAN SUPPORT YOUR ORGANIZATION

THE DANGERously BLISSFUL APPROACH

My work lives at the intersection of wellness, creativity, movement, and connection.

With 10 years of professional experience teaching yoga and meditation, a background in creative entrepreneurship and arts education, and extensive experience designing and facilitating creative experiences, I bring together practices that encourage people to engage with themselves and their communities in meaningful ways.

I don't believe wellness needs to look one particular way.

It can be quiet.

It can be playful.

It can be messy.

It can involve movement, stillness, conversation, color, imagination, breath, or making something with your hands.

The goal isn't to prescribe one definition of well-being.

The goal is to create the conditions for people to discover what well-being can feel like for themselves.

Human-centered. Creative. Embodied. Intentional.

Selected Experience

A multidisciplinary practice.

A people-centered approach.

My work lives at the intersection of wellness, creative expression, education, and community. For more than a decade, I’ve brought people together through movement, meditation, art-making, and experiential learning, creating opportunities for reflection, connection, and new possibilities.

As an artist, yoga educator, and creative wellness facilitator, I draw on experience across wellness education, arts and cultural programming, creative entrepreneurship, and group facilitation to design experiences that engage the whole person.

Yoga & Meditation Education

10 years of professional teaching experience

A decade of teaching yoga and meditation, supported by a 13-year personal practice and nine years of independent study of yogic philosophy and the chakra system. My work incorporates embodied awareness, mindfulness, reflection, and accessible approaches to well-being.

Arts Education & Creative Facilitation

Harvey B. Gantt Center for African-American Arts + Culture

Served as a teaching artist for approximately three to four years and as a facilitator for two years, bringing creative practice and arts-based engagement into educational and cultural settings.

Creative Entrepreneurship & Experience Design

Creative entrepreneur since 2010

My entrepreneurial practice spans visual art, apparel and retail, creative programming, workshops, and community-centered experiences. This background informs my ability to develop engaging concepts, design thoughtful experiences, and bring creative ideas into practice.

Professional Development & Group Facilitation

Experiential learning for creative professionals

Co-facilitated professional development trainings for teaching artists and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools teachers at a local museum. This experience reflects my interest in creating participatory learning environments that encourage reflection, creative exploration, and professional growth.

Yoga Teacher Education & Curriculum Development

Teaching, training & facilitating learning

In addition to teaching yoga and meditation, I have developed and led my own yoga teacher training program, certified teachers through that program, and guest-facilitated other teacher trainings. This experience informs my approach to curriculum development, experiential education, and facilitating learning across different levels of experience.

Different disciplines. One consistent practice: creating experiences that help people connect more deeply—with themselves, one another, and what's possible.

Arts, Culture & Community Engagement

Artist residencies, exhibitions & community-centered practice

My creative practice includes multiple solo & group exhibitions, artist residencies at QC Family Tree and American Landmark Apartments, and ongoing engagement with arts and cultural spaces. My work explores creativity, liberation, joy, connection, and the possibilities that emerge when people are given space to imagine and create.

No two organizations are exactly alike.

That's why I don't believe in pulling a generic workshop off the shelf and placing your organization's logo on it.

Every engagement begins with understanding your people, purpose, environment, and desired outcome.

WHAT AN ENGAGEMENT CAN LOOK LIKE

Because people are not machines.

Your people don't leave their humanity at the door when they come to work.

They bring their bodies.

Their stories.

Their creativity.

Their stress.

Their hopes.

Their relationships.

Their whole selves.

The most meaningful wellness experiences acknowledge that.

Dangerously Blissful creates spaces where people can pause, reconnect, explore, and experience something different together.

And sometimes, that small shift in experience is where something bigger begins.

WHY DANGEROUSLY BLISSFUL?

LET'S CREATE SOMETHING MEANINGFUL.

Whether you're planning an employee wellness event, building a retreat, developing professional programming, looking for a facilitator, or imagining something that doesn't quite fit inside a traditional wellness category—

I'd love to hear what you're creating.
