Monstera Leaf (yellow + pinks)
This monoprint was made with acrylic paint and a monstera leaf from my home.

*Monoprinting is a form of printmaking where the image can only be made once, unlike most printmaking which allows for multiple originals. A monoprint is a unique, one-of-a-kind print made from a reprintable plate where the artist intentionally creates variations through hand-painting, collage, or expressive inking, making each impression distinct. It's considered the most painterly printmaking method, blending drawing and painting with printmaking, resulting in a unique piece that cannot be reproduced exactly.
